Confirmation Statement

Confirmation Statement is required to be filed at least once a year by each English company in the company court.

This is the form of return that must be made at any change in company data (Head office change, Director change, owner change, share change, etc.) but at least once a year. For example, if the company has a monthly change in the number and number of ownership shares, this statement must be submitted each time a change in the company’s composition occurs.
